Clyde A. Wray is the author of six books of poetry. He is also a producer, playwright, director and what he likes to call a ‘sometime performer’. His last production, “Letters and Notes”, was performed at the BMO Theatre and he also performed in The Vagina Monologues.

He is originally from New York City but moved to Saint John by way of LA to Halifax, landing in Saint John.

He is married to dancer and actress Kelli Wray and they have three children, Astrid, Shasta, and Nikolai.

Clyde has been asked to write for various publications, city events, and organizations as well as speaking in a variety of schools. He’s a lover of Saint John and its ever-welcoming spirit.

Bridges We Can Walk Across is Wray’s book of poetry, published in 2009.
