Lisa Harrington

LISA HARRINGTON’s work has appeared in A Maritime Christmas; her first novel, Rattled, was published to critical acclaim in 2010. Live to Tell (2012) won the 2014 White Pine Award, the 2013 Ann Connor Brimer Award for Children’s Literature, and was a finalist for the 2013 Arthur Ellis Award (Best Juvenile/YA). Her latest young adult novel, Twisted, was on the shortlist for the 2015 CLA Young Adult Book of the Year. She holds a degree in English Literature from the University of Acadia, and has worked as a childcare worker and a teacher. A lifelong resident of Nova Scotia, Harrington currently resides in Halifax.
