Rob Patry was born in Montreal and moved to Toronto during the turbulent sixties, leaving Expo ‘67, the FLQ and Charlebois behind. A lover of wine, food, Tiki culture, music, coffee, comedy, cigars and writing, he resides in St. Stephen with his wife and two dogs. Passionate, with a biting sense of humour, he worked in radio broadcasting, freelance consulting, as well as stints in both the corporate and private sectors.
He has written a weekly column in the St. Croix Courier and the Calais Advertiser and currently hosts a weekly TV show, Rob Patry LIVE on CHCO-tv from St. Andrews. He has published a book of poetry, Pinnacle of Vandalism (A selection of thoughts, feelings and musings). Currently, he is working on his second book of poetry, 44 at Bat and a historical fiction, The Hermitage.
